Art Surrealism, "ICandi 39" With Line Art to color!

I was still thinking about the ICandi Series today, and Monday seemed like a perfect day for it, so this evening I am sharing,
"ICandi 39"!
👍🏼😊😁😊👍🏼

I started this image with a design, no special anything to it.
After this I used a 3D Mirror a few times for texture.
I Then added a center Sphere and made another 3D pass.
Then Color and Lighting adjustment.
Then I added the backg Flair, and adjusted Colors and Lighting again.
Then I added the lower "Water Reflection".
Then just Vignette and done!

Here is the Line Art, the lower half is pretty freeform, due to water reflection, but I included it anyways,
