Next illustration in my fruit art series :)

I created this cartoon style digital drawing of a Coconut fruit.

This artwork is used in an educational coloring book for kids and it is all about learning to spell fruit names. The title of the book is 'Learning To Spell All The Fruit Names A to C, Educational Arts And Crafts Activity Coloring Book, Volume 1' and it is currently available for sale on Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08XGSTRD1

I created a video preview of the book below.

This will be a 5 volume series with all the fruit names in alphabetical order, so I have 4 more volumes to create!

The Coconut is an edible fruit of the coconut palm tree. Up to 100 coconuts can grow on a single coconut palm annually, and each fruit requires a year to fully ripen. Mature coconuts are usually ellipsoid in shape, 12 to 18 inches (300–450mm) in length and 6 to 8 inches (150–200mm) in diameter, have a thick fibrous husk surrounding a single-seeded nut. A hard shell encloses the embryo with its abundant endosperm, composed of both meat and liquid. Coconut fruits float on water and have been dispersed by ocean currents and by humans throughout the tropics. Coconuts probably originated somewhere in Southeast Asia and are one of the most important crops of the tropics. Coconut flesh is high in fat and can be dried or eaten fresh or processed into coconut milk or coconut oil. The liquid of the nut, known as coconut water, is used in many beverages. Harvested coconut also yields copra, the dried extracted kernel, or meat, from which coconut oil, a major vegetable oil, is squeezed out. The meat may also be grated and mixed with water to make coconut milk, which is used in cooking and as a substitute for dairy milk. Coir is produced from the dry husk, a fiber highly resistant to salt water and used in the manufacture of ropes, mats, baskets, brooms, and brushes.
