Covid-19 has taken the world in its hands and specially India where the situation has worsen with huge number of people tested positive on daily basis.
The hospitals ran out of beds and there seems to be health emergency with people lying on the streets begging for help. Seems like the whole health system is collapse in India after this Covid-19 situation.
In this situation I am happy to see that the crypto community is also trying to help on the their part. Ethereum Co-Founder Vitalik Butern has donated Rs. 4.5 Crores for the relief of Covid-19 in India posting a link confirming the transaction to Indian entrepreneur Sandeep Nailwal who started the campaign.
Good to see Vitalik Butern taking the step. It is the other side of the crypto community that I think we should see on a larger scale helping people donating.
This are getting worse in entire world and worst in India these days.
Lack of resources and ignorance from both - government and public had added fuel to the fire.
Corruption and greed to make more money out of fear had made the situation even beyond imagination.
Suppliers are creating the shortage of medicine and oxygen to generate more fear and create panic.
I hope government will take strict actions to tackle with this soon.
