When i talk with friend a lot of them don't see so much positive in Cryptocurrency, and they say it is useless at the moment. As i am into Steem and Hive since some years I don't think this way and I think there could be much more adoption when there would be a very easy and maybe anonymous tool for payment in shops, on the internet and so on. But since it is still a bit difficult to accept and spend crypto it will for sure take several years for crypt to gain better adoption.
If i just think of payment in a supermarket, this is pretty easy today with all the debit cards that have a NFC function and payment just takes seconds and for smaller transactions you don't even need a Pin Code every time. Only for bigger transactions and for some random transaction there is a code needed. So what would be the Pros of a Crypto form of payment. One of the Pros is of course the anonymity it gives. Bitcoin and other Crypto are Anonymous or Pseudo Anonymous currencies and no bank or government could track your transactions.
