Hanging out with my eldest and her first daughter.
It is tough to recover from mental health issues and sometimes we just have to accept that maybe it is just apart of who we are, i dunno.
What i do know is it does not define who we are and even though it may not feel like it we are the ones in control, we just have to navigate this world a little differently is all.
Taking each day as it comes, setting yourself achievable realistic goals is the way forward depending on where your at in your recovery.
Once you start achieving your goals it will give you the confidence to increase these goals in complication and or number increasing your abilities.
Keep lines of communication with the people in your life open, these can be family, friends or professionals.
Someone may have the solutions you need for your problems so keep open minded.
Remember your not alone and there are other people out there experiencing the same or similar things as you.
All feelings are temporary and will pass, keep people around you that you trust and that are a positive influence in your life.
I don't know what the future holds but i do know it will be blessed.
