Don't get me wrong Bob, but you should work on your titles... For example, you could name this one as (firstly topic, then challenge day, etc...):

Tasks, Milestones, and Goals - I Am Alive Day 105

It would attract more readers/viewers... You are doing great posts, but I think that you would have more views if you make your titles more attractive... ;)
