A Dash of Sult N Papper 05/18/20> Winners & losers, and why the government decides the outcome?

in #dailydose4 years ago

If there was...

If there was ever a time in the history of the United States of America that people should actually pay some attention to what government and the constitution was constructed for; that time would be now. Actually, the time was eight or ten weeks ago in reality but better late than never.

I’ve gone over all this before in previous Daily Doses and Dashes but I’m not giving up on trying to spark some interest in people actually controlling their own destiny rather than letting the government decide it for them.

There is not....

There is not one elected government official in the entire US federal government that is holding office lawfully and the same goes for the entire state of Texas as well. I would venture a guess that no state in the 50 states has a person holding their office lawfully because all the states pretty much run off of the United States Code book.

I'm a gambler...

I’m a gambler by nature and poker player by choice so I have to ask you; if you were playing poker with me and I was stacking the deck when I dealt cards what would you do?

If you didn’t shoot me, I thank you.

Most folks would gather up their chips and cash out and never play with me again, well at least those that didn’t shoot me would. So why do you continue to let some usurpers of government offices deal your hand in life from a stacked deck?

The deck is...

The deck is stacked against each and every one of us; yet most continue to “ante up’ and play cards with them.

Here is a prime guzbucking example of how they dirty deal and get away with it because most people won’t examine things; this was taken from the Congressional Record of the United States and is the latest oaths for congress done in January 2019.

OATH OF OFFICE MEMBERS, RESIDENT COMMISSIONER, AND DELEGATES

The oath of office required by the sixth article of the Constitution
of the United States, and as provided by section 2 of the act of May
13, 1884 (23 Stat. 22), to be administered to Members, Resident
Commissioner, and Delegates of the House of Representatives, the text
of which is carried in 5 U.S.C. Sec. 3331:

I, AB, do solemnly swear (or Affirm) that I will support and
defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,
foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to
the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental
reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and
faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about
to enter. So help me God.'

has been subscribed to in person and filed in duplicate with the Clerk
of the House of Representatives by the following Members of the 116th
Congress, pursuant to the provisions of 2 U.S.C. Sec. 25

So there we...

So there we have the oath that was taken by these usurpers and to prove the point we will look at the sixth article of the Constitution
of the United States
, and as provided by section 2 of the act of May
13, 1884 (23 Stat. 22) the oath prescribed for in order to satisfy this requirement to hold elected office.

Article VI...

ART. VI. All debts contracted, and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States, under this Constitution, as under the confederation.

The Constitution and laws of the U.S. or treaties, the supreme law of the land. This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof, and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land: and the judges, in every State, shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

Oath and affirmation to the support of the Constitution. The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several State legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound, by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; No religious test a qualification for office. But no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States. (Article VI was sourced from Wikisource).

So article VI says “no religious test”; isn’t the phrase “so help me God” a religious test? It damn sure is and the oath taken by the current members of congress has “so help me God” in the oath so the oath they took doesn’t satisfy the article VI requirements.

The term to...

The term “to wit” means to know and as a verb it means “to be done expressly” so the oath needs to be done expressly as stated, which wasn’t done. So we’ll see below here the oath the congress should be taking.

STATUTE I.
CHAPTER I.-SecI. Be it to regulate the Time and Manner of administering certain Oaths.

SEC, I. Be it enacted by the Senate and [House of] Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the oath or
affirmation required by the sixth article of the Constitution of the United States, shall be administered in the form following, to wit: "I, A. B. do solemnly swear or affirm ( as the case may be) that I will support the Constitution of the United States."

So as you...

So as you can clearly see now that no member of congress holds a seat in the constitutional republic of the United States.

I am sick and tired of these folks dealing from a stacked deck. Below, at the end of this Dash, is a list of all the congress folks who took this oath in January of 2019 and are usurping the constitution. Chances are if you are in the United States or one of its territories you will find the name of your representative that is trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

How about we...

How about we all start bringing it to these folks attention? They supposedly work for us and if they do then we should require of them to do their job right and that starts with the correct oath.

Back in August of 2019 I brought it to the attention of my congressman, Dan Crenshaw, and he didn’t have a clue at what I was saying. So when his local office opens back up I will be stopping by there again with documents in hand and lay it all out for his office staff to see.

Chances are he won’t be there, I’m sure he will be in Washington trying to see how much more stimulus they can give away in the right places to get reelected.

If you really want to get their panties in a wad, mention the “real ID act of 2005” as most of them must be terrorists since they fail to use their full legal name. I would have to believe that something as important as holding a federal office in the US government would require it be done in a person’s full legal name. That makes sense doesn’t it?

Just look at this list below and see how few listed on it have a first, middle, and last name as their name. The real ID act also prohibits the use of nicknames so we need to be really wary of those folks. My congressman also fails when it comes to the “name game” as I know is given name is Daniel and not Dan.

One last thing...

One last thing and I’ll cut you lose. It pisses me off greatly to hear news people talk about certain senators and congressman as “being a great constitutional authority” or “a strict follower of the constitution”.

I take great offense to that when I hear those words. Most of those guzbucking assholes have never bothered to actually read the constitution; if they had (and actually believed in it), we would not be in the shape we are in this country today.

Oh, winners and losers. I almost forgot. Government decides who wins and who loses by deciding which businesses are essential and non-essential. “Why?” you ask. Because we are too busy playing poker or whatever game you play.

Until next time,
Sult

I see lots of little piggies at the trough. How many of those are lawyers? How many are accountants? How many are wealthy business people? How many years have they been collecting the taxpayers' money? I would wager that not many are "ordinary folk". How many have studied, let alone read the constitution? I think that every government is top-heavy with folks that think they know it all...

You would definitely win on your wager. The ironic part is that our country was founded by people who recognized that lawyers were not good for government and they were not allowed to hold an elected office when this country was founded. Now the government elected offices are overrun with lawyers holding those positions,

Ohhhh, boy. Yep.

I actually have two copies of the constitution (as amended) close at hand. One is 'read only' the other is mounted to a clipboard that I can write on. So I can question and answer right there.

I took a similar oath when I enlisted in the Navy. "I swear or affirm to defend the constitution of these United States against all enemies foreign or domestic..." Unlike most, I take my oaths seriously.

I can tell you for an absolute fact that when the shit flows the other way that they want your full and legal name at every juncture. No exceptions.

I've got another bellyache that involves 'swear or affirm'. The pledge of allegiance that every kid used to say every day in school. ",,, one Nation, under God ..." The phrase 'under God' was added during the 'red scare' years in the 50s. Yes, Richard Nixon was involved. Added illegally, near as I can tell.

I get pissed when one of those jackholes is said to be a 'constitutional scholar' too. The only scholarship involved is a search for loopholes or a crack to exploit for personal gain.

Thanks for the reminder and for keeping your congressman aware. It will be unfortunately swept aside, but it's a good effort.

I going to have to take the time to research a youtube video I saw several years ago in which there was a congressman who pretty much acknowledged the fact that the constitution has been suspended. Knowing how YT has censored pretty much everything that is a "conspiracy theory" I doubt the video is still available.

YouTube would be right on the 'conspiracy' part though, but the conspiracy is being pulled off by the usurpers not the common folk.

Being that you take your oath seriously I'm trusting that you will inquire about this situation with your "so called" congressman and senator. These people are acting in bad faith and to be me their actions are terrorist actions against the constitution and the United States of America making them a domestic enemy.

I never was a member of the armed forces so I didn't formally take an oath to defend the constitution; I am doing it because it is the right thing to do as I see it. Every former serviceman or servicewoman should also be reminded of their oath and this situation within the government.

Every statute and code these people "put into law" in reality has no force and effect because they have no authority to do so given none of them are officially occupying their office.
They can continue to sweep it aside but sooner or later there will be a "big pile" stacking up that maybe someone will take notice of. No doubt this is a "grass roots" effort but I look at it as something I have to do; more of my gut instinct to do the right thing.
Thanks for the support,
Sult

Grrr. I think it is important that people remind their "leaders" of their constitutional obligations, but my MP in the UK doesn't even bother to reply to my letters or emails - they are meant to be "our representatives" in Parliament! It's a farce. But a dangerous one. I am leaning towards anarchistic ideas like Voluntaryism and Agorism these days, but a power vacuum is always dangerous so in some ways I think it's more important to reform our so-called authorities and remind them that they are meant to be serving us, not the corporate lobbyists.
Our government is currently being given its orders by the very shady and questionable SAGE committee of scientists and behavioural experts.

I just think we need to keep hounding the officials day and night so that they have to start fearing that they won't be reelected. The biggest fear a politician has is losing his position of power.
