Hi Steemit friends,

Happy Sunday! How do you plan your weekend? To me, a perfect weekend is to start with awesome food, brunch beverages and amazing people.

Yesterday, my friends brought me to a restaurant, Elephant Grounds which is a amazing place to get brunch. I fell in love with their avocado toast and coffee. They just taste so delicious! I will definitely come back very soon~

週日快樂！不知大家認為怎麼渡過週末才是比較完美呢？對我來說，一個完美的周末是從美味的早餐和一杯高質咖啡開始。

昨天，我的朋友帶我去了一家主攻咖啡的咖啡店，Elephant Grounds。客人可以根據自己的喜好選擇自己自己的單品咖啡，也可以讓咖啡師為你配搭。除了高質素咖啡，它們的早午餐也很出色，個人特別喜歡它們的牛油果土司，相信我很快會再到訪這家咖啡廳😍

Avocado Toast- poached egg, radish, pea cress, french pea pesto, dill yogurt & mesclun
牛油果吐司-多士放滿軟熟好吃的牛油果，加上飽滿洶湧的水波蛋，實在太誘人了>V< 加上配碟沙律，令這份早餐更悅目而且健康

Eggs Benedict -Cured Salmon, parsley puree & avocado
煙三文魚水波蛋伴荷蘭醬-口感豐腴的三文魚，與質感軟滑的牛油果，再加上水波蛋，真的是絕配

Fish Fillet Sando-Toasted milk bread, breaded sole, wasabi mayo, cabbage, furikake mayo & fries
輕烘過的牛奶麵包，夾著兩層厚身吉列龍脷柳、份量十足，加上香脆的薯條

How amazing when the poached egg perched on the creamy avocado and absorbed by the toast underneath. Yummm

有人跟我一樣戳破蛋黃，看著瀑布般流洩的蛋汁感到很療癒嗎？

Amazing food right there. Hong Kong is one place i'll love to visit sometime; beautiful people, nice places. . hopefully, i'll visit Elephant Grounds when i do.
In Nigeria, its a Sunday today and i'm looking forward to a wonderful day.
