Ich bin und ich reflektiere,
ich kann mich selbst reflektieren
ganz bewusst
oder ich spiegle unbewusst,
ich strahle aus
und sende Energie -
Licht oder Schatten
Bin ich mir dessen bewusst?
Weiss ich um meine Ausstrahlung?
Kann ich mich wahrnehmen und
verändern?
Oder bin ich meinen Gefühlen und
meiner Energie ausgesetzt?
Strahle aus und wirke ohne
meine Verantwortung zu erkennen?
Wir alle haben eine Wirkung –
eine Ausstrahlung nach Aussen
und berühren unsere Mitmenschen,
wirken auf unser Umfeld.
Wie wunderbar ist es,
das Mondlicht zu betrachten und
seine enorme Kraft zu bestaunen
Nur eine Reflexion
Was für eine Inspiration
für unser Leben, unser Wirken.
Ich vergesse so schnell und verkenne,
wie viel wir alle verbunden sind
und wie viel wir alle
füreinander tun/sein können
so nehme ich mit
aus dieser Mondlicht-Nacht
ich möchte strahlen und
positiv berühren,
meiner Energie bewusst sein und
in meinem Gegenüber Licht sehen,
damit es sich manifestiert
und sein kann,
mein Gegenüber berührt ist,
sich entfaltet, sich zutraut und
ihr Bestes und Grösstes zeigt,
weil da jemand ist,
der das wahr-nimmt und reflektiert

I radiate

to look at the moonlight and

What an inspiration
for our lives, our actings.
I so quickly forget and dismiss,
how much we are all connected
and how much we can all do
be for each other
so I take with me
from this moonlight night,
I want to shine and
touch positively,
be aware of my energy and
see light in my opposite,
so that it manifests and
can be,
my counterpart is touched,
unfolds, is confident and
shows her best and greatest,
