Wenn wir uns alle verstecken
hinter Fassaden und Hecken
aus Anstand, Glaubenssätzen
und Gewohnheiten.
Dann sind wir klein und begrenzt,
wir sind eingesperrt in einer Rolle,
haben vergessen, zu wachsen,
uns Raum und Grösse zu geben,
nur damit sie nicht entsteht,
die Verletzlichkeit und Blösse.

Ich möchte ausbrechen,
nach Freiheit lechzen,
doch es hält mich fest,
dieses Gefängnis aus Sätzen,
die mir ins Ohr krächzen,
was ich alles nicht kann,
aber der andere, ja, der kanns,
Mann.

Mantra,
Wenn ich Veränderung will,
brauche ich ein veränderliches Mantra,
was mir zutraut, mich bestärkt,
mich liebt und mir gibt.
Und so setze ich Worte zusammen,
die ich SEIN möchte und die ich bin,
wenn ich es nicht vergessen und
mich bestehlen lassen hätte,
von Macht, Anspruch und
inneren Dämonen.

Das Mantra führt mich zurück
zur Liebe, zu neuen Äonen
meiner Lebensaufgabe
hier im Leben des

I hope you don't mind but I put your first stanza through one ...

When we all hide behind facades and hedges out of decency, beliefs and habits. Then we are small and limited, we are locked up in a role, have forgotten to grow, to give us space and size, just so that it does not arise, the vulnerability and nakedness.
