The criteria is nothing @event-horizon. Sir Zuerich is a generous and supportive soul on Hive. He loves to support newbies.
I hope you will get the delegation. I think the amount of delegation would depend on the number of people asking for it. I am not sure though.
The reason to nominate you is to support a fellow Pakistani. We do not have many legitimate Pakistani here on Hive, so I want to see the legitimate ones grow and be supportive to those who would come and join us later
