The Nobel Prize Committee has shown a good sense for finding a US President who would prove to be very bad for international peace and award the Nobel Prize for Peace to Obama (in 2009).
As I expect the economic policies of Biden's administration to be the worst since FDR, and in order to follow the nobel committee's pattern, I suggest to award the "Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences" 2021 to Joe Biden.

My suggestion is to pay more attention to leaders of small countries. I propose leaders who managed to sell all their country resources (natural and human) for the lowest price, taking for themselves amount that is inverse proportional to the selling price. That is economically beneficial for countries who became owners of new colonies. ;)
