today I'd like to write a short post about the 3 men I consider to be the most important philosophers of our time.
These are:

He wrote this great book. Perhaps I'll write a summary on his contrarian viewpoints, too. |

He is not really a philosopher, more of popular pseudo historian.

I read Sapiens and found some interesting thoughts, especially in the first part on prehistory. What I didn't like about that book, was a kind of whiny attitude or tone. Harari seems to see everything as rather dark and people as evil by nature.
Plus, in a later chapter he gets lost when writing about colonialism, capitalism and science.
But nonetheless, I found Sapiens very worth reading. I should have a look into Homo Deus.
Man sollte Peter Sloterdijk nicht vergessen!
Von ihm habe ich noch nichts gelesen, ausser kurze Artikel über ihn - meist negativ, allerdings von Personen geschrieben, deren Meinungen ich als Kontraindikator sehe.
Kannst Du ein Buch von ihm empfehlen?
Ja, z.B. "Zorn und Zeit".
Er war schon ein Querdenker, da war dieses Wort noch nicht negativ besetzt!
Die gängigen politischen Narrative sind ihm völlig egal, da steht er einfach darüber. Daher auch die viele Kritik an ihm.

Thiel und Taleb kenne ich aber diesen Deutsch? 🙈 Nie gehört. Von daher bin ich sehr gespannt auf deinen Post dazu.
✌🏻 Aus meiner Sicht wäre da für den deutschsprachigen Bereich auch ein Richard David sprecht zu nennen.
Die einzige gute Aussage, die ich vom Systemling Precht kenne, ist die, dass er Kinder nicht impfen lassen würde.
