[Diary] Time to workout

Spending most of my times on web, I think I need to stand up and walk more! Since I don't have a standing desk, nor physically active so I feel losing muscles while gaining fat. So I decided to intentionally stand up every hour at once. And try to workout starting from light bodyweight moves. Time is limited and there are just so many stuffs going, plus being lazy I was stuck in the desk or bed. But, hopefully from today I will do more exercises and focus on breaths. I hope I don't give up too soon, just like I try keep posting on Hive every day :)
