One of the great things about visiting a Disney park is that they really try to bring these wonderful stories to life.
A classic favorite activity for Disney lovers, therefore, is meeting the characters. Ordinarily, you can get your photo taken with them, have them sign autographs, and even hug them. (Nothing quite like getting a hug from a princess or even the Big Cheese himself, Mickey Mouse!)
Unfortunately, with the Covid restrictions, character meet-and-greets are a little different for the time being. You can see them, you can even talk to them. But from a safe distance. No hugging! They stand behind gates or ropes, and you have to be more creative with those selfies. But still, there were quite a few great characters out and about when we visited!
We loved the new look for Mulan! She was pretty incredible.
And my personal favorite has always been Cinderella.
Mary Poppins was, of course, practically perfect in every way.
We spotted a rare character in Toontown -- Marie from "The Aristocats."
In a tale as old as time, Belle never ceases to make people smile.
And Elsa created her own brand of frozen magic.
And what Disney tale would be complete without the villains? We definitely loved the Evil Queen.
Ya she posed so great for you in that last shot!
