Our new crop of Mizuna is ready to be harvested.

This is one of the best growing plants that we plant.

We love to eat it in salads and also in our Ramen.

The Mizuna has a slightly bitter taste but we still love it.

The leaves grow out from the center and thus we are careful to just pick a few leaves and then let the plant produce more.

There is a point where the plant stops producing nice leaves and they start to get deformed. This is when we just pull them plant out.
