What has got electric cars to do anything with cryptocurrencies? Why would cryptocurrencies do well if electric cars do well? What is the link?
The author of this shared article says because Elon Musk is a strong proponent of both the technologies, if one does well the other ought to do well as well. A bit of a stretch, isn't it?
