To be frank I had never heard of this center or its mediation program till a few days ago when I read a news article about its new meditation center.
They are offering free guided mediation through a meditation app called HeartsApp. It is available on both the Apple and Google Play stores. There are many guided mediation apps available in the market and most, if not all, of them cost money. This one is free.
