It is not easy to write what one feels. Easy to write what one thinks, but to write what one feels is for some of us just not something we can do. So bear with me on this one.
Watching the services this morning was not easy.
While those of us who have worn the uniform and who have been in the sh#t somehow can be best described in a saying The US Marines have “We are all green“. Learned that from some blokes I was with and never forgot it.
However, this year, this morning, is the straw that broke this old buggers back as far as many things go.
From this day forwards, there will be no “tolerance” shown from me, no attempts of “understanding” shown from me for anyone out there who supports any totalitarian regime in any which way, manner or form.
In the past, I used to say that “we need to try and understand” people when they do things like that.
NOPE, NOT ANY MORE.
It has been hard to try and keep what I feel to myself on this topic.
Throughout my life, it has always been a struggle to say what I feel, but right now, today, what I feel is:
FUCK THEM
All of them who support the Chinese Communist Party and any other regimes out there.
You see, there is a lot to all this, it isn’t “just the coronavirus” ordeal that the world is being put through.
There is a lot more to all this, lived first hand what socialist/communist regimes put people through.
Have been living it for almost three decades.
My wife was a child of war in a “ex” socialist country, six years of her childhood were under fire, bombing and sniper pot shots. Not to mention chemical warfare that nobody ever went to trial for.
She lived her childhood in a place where death camps existed, where rape was “normal”, where just about anything and everything that most people who have it all can never imagine being a “norm” of life.
Then she went through all the shit of not knowing if one day she will just get a call or letter saying “Your husband is no longer alive.” (or something to that affect).
Our first born child was too young to understand, but yes, he too went through all that shit.
She has been married to/with me for over two decades, she gave birth to four Aussie citizens and she has to wait like any other person out there to get her citizenship. Fair enough. Such is life.
Guess we don’t know the right people to teach us the ways of abusing the rights and privileges that Australia has to offer people, not the crowd we hang out with nor the mentality or immorality that we wish to be a part of.
Yet, today, watching the service, seeing all the photos my wife sent me of our kids decorating the house and making a wreath for the front door just broke this old codgers back.
Not hard to do, I guess, after all, my spine is literally deteriorated to be the point where it is = to a spine of an 80 year old person. No running away from reality, it is what it is. As the medical specialist in the field of back surgeries from The USA determined back many years ago. So maybe I am pissed at the world, idk. Who gives a f#ck about me,
I don’t matter, my wife and children matter. They are the future.
Any way, this is where I cut this ramble off and say to all the cunts out there who support any of the totalitarian regimes out there to go and fuck themselves.
Had enough of the evils of communism to last me a lifetime, literally a lifetime, what little of it may be left.
& anyone out there that thinks I am being “racist” or some other shit like that, go fuck yourselves too. You fkn dumbass morons.
