Hand-colored with colored pencils and markers: R378 WW3.5

in #drawingyesterday

Friends, I'm sending you all a big hug from afar. I'm so happy to be back with my new hand-drawn picture, created with colored pencils and markers. Today's drawing is of a rare microphone called WW3.5. You can find this microphone identified in the deck with the identification number R378. By the way, even though it's a microphone, you can easily find it in the Rising Star instrument section. Now I'm going to tell you a little about the deck and the microphone, while you look at the first images of how I started the drawing.

Well, friends, I chose this deck today because I loved the artwork. Honestly, this is one of my favorite microphones so far. Just look how beautiful the base of the deck looks surrounding the microphone; you can see the card I used as a guide at the end of the post. The microphone itself has a retro style but with a square touch that gives it a lot of elegance. I think it would look great in a professional music recording studio or for a music video with a slightly retro aesthetic. Those are the things I liked and that made me choose it for this drawing.

The base of the deck has some tribal designs in circles, which also give it a slightly abstract touch. I tried to capture this same feeling in the drawing. You can tell me later if I succeeded. I'll show you a little bit of it.

How do you think it's turning out? Well, so far I've done the base of the bass along with the microphone title. Now you'll see the completed artwork along with some of the materials I used, including colored pencils, markers, a ruler, and a white sheet of paper. By the way, in these last images you'll see how I highlighted everything, as always, with a black colored pencil to emphasize the edges of each element.

Thank you as always for your kind visit. I'm deeply grateful that you took the time to view my post. I haven't painted many microphones from the game, but I hope to do so more often, especially some like this one, which are very interesting and artistically beautiful. I'll be back next time; until then, a hug.
