The headers at the top of the foundation wall have really given me a lot of aggravation. To spray foam the entire area was too expensive but that decision meant a lot of manual labor for a good layer of insulation and proper air sealing. At least some other progress was made by my dad who helped me install a good portion of the basement drywall.
