DTube No Longer Working For Me?

I've been trying to post a video every 20-30 minutes on DTube when I'm awake and it has given me this error every single time. I find it hard to believe YouTube's API would not respond for 24 hours without me hearing about it anywhere but here, so what's the deal?

Just like bitchute, you can post an image and link it to your video on LBRY.

Or you could use 3speak.
