YES! We have made this decision to move to the Philippines. Not permanently but for a while. Because we have something huge in mind. We are teaming out with local partners who are building a hotel in Siargao. We will document the whole process and be on-site to see how it all goes, and hopefully, learn for the future. Noooo! Noooo! Manila is... i dont really know how to describe that place but not our favourite! But Bangkok, ohh, darling, Bangkok is amazing! So much culture, soooo much food! Temples, parks, expensive and cheap, all that mixed! Its an amazing place! Every single time coming back there (we lived there for a while) is sooo exciting!! ❤️But, are you coming to SF 4? 🤔

i dont think so. i barely see the steemians in my town and i just stayed 1 Month in the Philippines so my holidays are gone and travel budget limited as Altcoin Bear Market holds on. But apparently i am missing out on Bangkok ... -.-°

AAh! Thank you so much! Hahaha a very random and challenging step! Ouu, traveling families! Very good question! To be honest, not so many that would be traveling on a faster pace but some that relocate every year or two. I have a couple of friends who do that, but mostly i guess we never come across the traveling families as they prob stay in private accommodations! However, if we’d ever decided to have a child it would be a way to go!! So much to learn about the world, geography, languages, history... through kid’s own eyes instead of just books! Amazing!

Absolutely. We home educate and want to take the kids around the world for us all to learn first hand about this amazing planet.
We know families do it; just a case of logistics and figuring out what to do with our house while we go!
So great what you guys are doing. Sounds like a flexible option, for you to have a base and recharge, but not be locked in to buying the land just yet.

Yesss!! You should rent it out! There are several companies now who will manage your house as an Airbnb for a cut of the profit, including the key delivery, cleaning etc! Its super convenient and will bring you quite good profit! So renting your house out in UK (i assume you’re from UK, hehe) will fund all your accommodation expenses in Asia and other cheaper countries! Just pack the private stuff and store it with the fam or in a small storage room!
Yep, we are trying to test it out, and if its successful we can figure out how to buy it! Hehe.
