Life is not easy, something my own mother said was to try not to bring more children into this world. Over populated (50 years ago), lack of water is imminent, food problems, poverty, the list is endless.
Each to their own, I have strongly suggested to my sons not to have children, (seeing as a failed) at the end of the day it is a decision each has to make.
Good stories and adventures are always shared in families, glad you still have contact with your elders.
