Acudo nuevamente a compartir con ustedes mi cuarto día de agradecimiento en este reto propuesto por @vaneaventuras y que he querido iniciar para reforzar en mí esta acción de agradecer que es una de las más importantes en el día a día.
Día 4, La Vida / Life
Despertar cada día con la expectativa de un día nuevo que aunque pensemos en rutina, este siempre será totalmente distinto. Un día que no sabemos que regalo nos guarda, qué aprendizaje, qué enseñanza y que lo asumimos de lleno porque tenemos eso que se llama vida.
La vida es un regalo, toda la maravilla que la naturaleza nos provee la podemos disfrutar gracias a que tenemos la existencia para valorar cada elemento por sencillo que sea. El cielo cargado de nubes, siempre azul, o la noche cargada de estrellas, el mar y su inmensidad, la brisa, la tierra y su fertilidad, todo lo que recibimos cada día llena nuestro espíritu y nos hace agradecer todos los dones con los que hemos nacido y lo que hemos aprendido.
Poder apreciar una música, la voz de un niños, la mirada reflexiva y la sabiduría del anciano, todo lo que podemos hacer con nuestros sentidos lo tenemos gracias a la vida.
Hay quien la desprecia y despotrica cada día por no tener las condiciones que quiere, pero aún los suicidas en el último momento se arrepienten, quien tiene una enfermedad ansía poder tener más tiempo para vivir y hacer lo que no pudo, o no quiso hacer.
Valorar y agradecer la vida, la posibilidad de respirar plenamente es necesario cada día, yo hoy agradezco la vida y espero que tú también lo hagas.

Waking up every day with the expectation of a new day that although we think about routine, this will always be totally different. One day we do not know what gift it holds for us, what learning, what teaching and that we fully assume it because we have what is called life.
Life is a gift, all the wonder that nature provides us we can enjoy thanks to the fact that we have the existence to value each element no matter how simple it is. The sky full of clouds, always blue, or the night full of stars, the sea and its immensity, the breeze, the land and its fertility, everything we receive every day fills our spirit and makes us appreciate all the gifts with which we were born and what we have learned.
Being able to appreciate music, the voice of a child, the reflective gaze and the wisdom of the old man, everything we can do with our senses we have thanks to life.
There are those who despise and rant every day for not having the conditions they want, but even the suicidal at the last moment regret it, those who have an illness yearn to have more time to live and do what they could not, or did not want to do.
Valuing and thanking life, the possibility of breathing fully is necessary every day, today I thank life and I hope you do too.
