For some reason, I am always preoccupied most weekends to the extent that I don't remember to blog.
Nonetheless, am not about to let my Saturday and Sunday runs go to waste by not reporting them.
My Saturday run (17/04/21) was rather exhausting, and I'll report it in a later post. Because of that however, I had to take things easier on Sunday.
Still, it is what I would describe as an enjoyable run, one where I felt no reason to push myself more than I normally would.
Every injury free run is a blessing.
