Another Sunday, another pleasant run on Asphalt. The runs don't get easier (surprise surprise) with time but they do get more enjoyable and bearable.
Been having 'heavy legs' probably from not stretching enough and it really shows when I run on Sundays after my regular Saturday long run.
All in, I felt strong after the run and am happy with both the time and distance.
Keep going, keep running.
