Hi guys, I just completed 25 minutes of HIIT called Plyometric Cardio Circuit at home. I followed the workout video by celebrity trainer Shaun T. entitled "Insanity". This is the type of workout I do when I am not running. Hopefully next week the lock down for covid 19 will be lifted by the government, so I can run again.
This type of workout not only build muscle strength for my running but also for my Judo as well. Cheers!!!
