Just like that here we go into October

2020 has been a challenging year across the globe. It seemed just like yesterday that I was so optimistic and positive moving into 2020 last year. And I believe so were most people moving into the year. No one could have thought the year will turn out to be the most challenging and one filled with so many deaths across the globe and the emergence of a deadly pandemic. This just goes to prove the sovereignty of God above all. We can only indeed plan but only disposes and knows what tomorrow will bring.

I can't believe we are in the 10th month of the year already and this year is almost rounding up. It has had its ups and downs, moments of laughter and some filled with tears and sorrows, but I can only thank Yahweh for keeping me and my loved ones till this moment. I am happy to be amongst those marching into a new month and looking strong to finish the year by his grace.

It's been a while since I was here. Had so much going on and I must say life has not been the same ever since this pandemic hit. And with the whole World trying to recover from the hit, things are quite tough and it will take a while but fear continues to loom amongst many as the number of new cases continue to increase. It is unknown what October and the end of the year will bring but we will cling in the safety that is Christ Jesus for all who believe in him. We will not be moved by what we see and when others will say there is a casting down, we will say there is a lifting up.

I wish each and everyone reading this a blessed and gracious month of October and may the end of this year bring smiles and not sorrow. God bless and stay safe.
