Good news for all Russian families with kids - bills about removal of children from families were recalled from the State Duma.

Now news says that for now the bill was stopped!
This bill allowed the removal of children out of court if the child was in danger (death), and after the child was removed, the court should have made its decision on this issue within 24 hours at a closed session.
At the same time, a bill of senators headed by Mizulina was in the State Duma.
According to this initiative, a special procedure for the removal of children from a family with the participation of a court could be established. But this initiative was not supported by the government, and the Presidential Council for Codification and Improvement of Civil Legislation criticized it.
This is how these two documents (Krasheninnikova-Klishas and Mizulina) caused opposition in society. As a result, the Chairman of the State Duma said that when adopting amendments to the Family Code, there must be a balance between protecting the child and preserving the family.
All bills in these sphere should protect children who really need protection, and on the other hand, they have to prevent situations when parents need to fight for their own kids trying to free them from the CPS hands.
For now it's a great victory for sure! We all see that there is a real war between two sides: CPS lobby and its fighters. CPS bills are created, but still they can be stopped by the power of their opponents.
