The Neff Canyon Fire consumed 20 acres. The fire was spectacular as it was in the mountain tops. The first picture, taken with my kit lens, shows the the layout of the fire. The second zooms in on the helicopter.
I believe that the ridge in the foreground is called Rattlesnake Ridge. I've tried hiking the ridge in the past but lost the trail.
The third image shows the helicopter with a bucket.
A video on Utah Fire Info said that, as of Sept 14, there had been 1245 fires in Utah. 990 of these were man caused. Hhhhhmmmmm.
