@BeachReady @Actifit Trainer @wil.metcalfe will be taking us through another rush of reps! This time we will be targeting the UPPER BODY!

All your going to need is... You and your own body weight! For fun and motivation bring a friend from your household (or tell a friend so they can join you virtually!).

Wil is a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience so you are going to get something from this #miniCHALLENGE. Buuuuut keep in mind...

You get what you give... so give it everything you got!

Considering the workout will consist of all body weight exersises this is AWESOME!

You'll be turning your weight into an asset! That's right! Leveraging your own body weight creatively making use of the Intensity System.

This is a way to listen to your body and rate effort on a scale of 1 - 10.

@wil.metcalfe will guide you step-by-step and rep-by-rep towards a #WIN!

#Win's are all about check in with yourself every 5min. to gauge your intensity and before you know it... You will have packed in 30 min. of exercise into your day!

That was a great upper body work out, I tried out the push ups and mountain climbers only as much as I could though. Thank you for the amazing body weight work out, I always learn something new :}
