Don't underestimate the power of resistance band!

Train any time any where with this lightweight resistance band!

Though I have kettle bell at my place, it's not so convenient to carry a bulky thing with me when I want to do my workout outside.

I now start started working outside so I chose to just bring the resistance band instead. It's a good tool if you want yo do add an extra resistance to your muscle training and it's more gentle with your joints than lifting weights.

I did some yoga yesterday. Imma get back on my Crossfit training this afternoon. :)

I didn't do any workout, apparently I'm having issues with being slim so erhm burning more fat won't so me good unless staying fit. You're outrageously doing good to stay fit

But you can do sine push ups get some muscles on, right? 😁

This resistance bands keep helps to improve for working duration with strength.

I often use a resistance band while at home to work my legs. Need to be strong for skateboarding ;).
You legs look solid too @purepinay.
