[Self Care] - Recovery Requires Effort

Another solid day in the office working on our strength, muscle development and overall composition....

However the body does require more attention than just the hard work alone.

Every Thursday we have a dedicated full body recovery session.

A session of self care and mindfulness.

Work, rest, recover, play, sleep, eat and repeat. 👊

Do you train hard and recover or do you just train hard and push through?

These things will catch up on you in time especially as we get older so it is important to make time to roll and stretch.

Just do it.
