Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today I will be sharing the recipe of Soyabean curry. It is simple yet delicious to eat. Anyone who doesn't prefer to eat chicken or mutton can try this. Soya chunks are 100% veg but gives a feel of eating flesh.So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.

Ingredients:

-Soya chunks-100gms
-Potatoes-3 medium size
-Onion-2 medium size
-Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
-Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp
-Red chilli powder- half tbsp
-Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
-Garam masala powder- half tbsn
-Salt- according to your taste

There are many health benefits of eating soyabean. Soyabean is fat free. It contains no cholesterol. Eating soyabean helps in controlling diabetes. It also helps in improving bone health. Soyabean reduces the risk of coronary heart disease. It is an excellent source of fibre. It helps in improving metabolic activities. Soyabean also gives relieve from menopausal symptoms. Soyabean helps to boost digestive health and heart health. It also give protection from cancer. It serves as an alternative to meat. It also helps to improve blood circulation. Soyabean helps to fight depression. It provides relief from sleep disorder.

Method:

-Firstly boil the soya chunks for 5mins . Meanwhile grate the onions
-Then strain out the water . After straining, squeeze out the water with your hands. This step is necessary because soyabean absorbs of lot of water.
-Heat the oil and add boiled soyabean to it. Fry for 5 mins. Take it out from pan and keep aside

  • Add some more oil and add the potatoes and fry them as well and then take it out
  • In the same oil add the grated onion and fry until it turns golden brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry for more 2mins so that the smell of ginger garlic paste goes away
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder and mix well
  • Add little water at a time and fry the masala well for 5mins
  • Add the fried potatoes and soyabean in the masala and mix well
  • Fry them for 5mins
  • Add water according to the gravy you want
  • Cover the lid and cook for 3-4mins
  • At last add the garam masala powder and stir well amd turn off the flame

The soyabean curry recipe is ready to eat. Serve it with roti. Enjoyyyyyyy:)
