MY HEALTHY COLORFUL LUNCH! ☺️

Since i have a heavy breakfast this morning. I only prepared sweet potatoes for lunch. It's cool how the the color goes as i open it and luckily i picked the good and new harvested sweet potato yesterday. So the taste is really good and satisfying.

To all of you who doesn't know this yet it is a sweet potato. It is a large, starchy, sweet-tasting tuberous roots. We used to call it kamote here in the philippines. We have an abundant sweet potatoes here in our country especially in our province. Most of the elders use to eat this everyday. That is why as you observed they have a longer life span than to those people who lived in the cities.

From now on i'm really practicing to eat this often. Aside from it's numerous health benefits it has really a sweet delicious taste which is i love and can keep you feeling full for a long period of time, thereby it prevents overeating. The good thing is it has a low calorie content which is also very important if you are trying to lose weight like me. So what are you waiting for?! Eat healthy, stay fit and live life to the fullest!!! 💕
