A perfect Beef Biriyani recipe!

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Beef Biriyani"

Ingredients:

Beef
Potatoes
Biriyani Masala
Alu bokhar
Bay leaves
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Elaichi
Yogurt
Rice
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Oil
Salt

Process:

Take a pan. Add oil and put those peeled potatoes. Fry them and get a golden brown color. Put out from the pan. Add whole spices and fry for sometime. Add ginger garlic paste and stir. Add all the other dry spices and little water. When spices will be well fried add beef and stir well. Cover and let it cooked. Then add potatoes and water as required. Cover and cook well.

Take another pan to cook biriyani. Add oil and fry rice. Add beef and water as required for the rice. When water will get bolied cover and cook until rice get tendered.

Serve hot.
