Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Coconut Sweet Ball."
Ingredients:
Coconut Gritted
Khejur Gur
Elaichi powder
Process:
Take a non-stick pan. Put gur over there. Stir and make it fully melted. Stir and get it in a glue consistency. Put gritted coconut there and mix well. Stir continuously untill all the extra water gets dry. When the mixture will came out from the bottom turn off the stove. Let it cool little. Take small portion and give them a ball shape.
Serve as a desert after dinner.
