Cow's Head Meat Curry

Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Cow's Head Meat Curry."

Ingredients:

Cow's Head meat
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Turmaric powder
Red chilli powder
Coriender powder
Cumin powder
Elaichi
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Bay leaves
Oil
Salt

Process:

Take a pan. Add oil. When oil will get warm add onion. Fry and add ginger garlic paste. Stir and fry well. Add all the power spices. Add little water to fry spices. After that put the whole cow's Head meat and stir well. Cover and cook for sometime. Then put out the lead and add water. Stir well and add water as much needed to cook. Cover and cook until meat gets tendered.

Serve with rice or parathas.
