Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Chicken Skin"
Ingredients:
Chicken's Skin
Ginger garlic paste
Onion
Red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Cumin powder
Whole spices
Oil
Salt
Process:
Take a pan. Add oil and onions. Fry for sometime. Then add ginger garlic paste. Add all the dry spices. Add some water and gets fry. Fry untill raw smells gone. Then add chicken skin and mix well. Cover and cook. Cook until skins get tendered. Garnish with coriander leafs and serve.
Serve with rice.
