Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Chocolate Shandesh."
Ingredients:
Chana
Mawa
Ghee
Sugar
Coco powder
Elaichi powder
Vanilla essence
Process:
At first mash those chana very well. In a pan have chana and sugar. Stir it. It'll be liquidy texture after melting the sugar. Stir well and make it dry. In between add Elaichi powder and ghee. Then turn off the stove and make it warm. Separate into two portions. Add coco powder in one portion and add mawa in another portion. Set in a dice. Let it cool and cut into pieces.
