Duck Meat with Traditional Style

I hope all are Hivians doing good!

Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Duck Meat"


Ingredients:

Duck
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Turmaric powder
Red chili powder
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Garam masala
Oil

Process:

Take a pan. Add oil. Put onion and fry. Then add ginger garlic paste. Fry untill raw smells gone. Then add dry spices. Add water. After getting spices done add meat. Mix with spices and cover. After 10-15 minutes add water. Cook untill meats done. Garnish with coriander leafs and serve.

Serve with hot rice or bread.

As simple as that!

That's looking so yummy 😋. I will definitely try it later. Duck curry is my most favourite item but I like whole garlic in the curry along with lots of red 🌶 chilli and chui jhal ( a particular pepery plant which is used in meat curries in the khulna region of Bangladesh 🇧🇩)
