Today I'm gonna share with you all "Pan Cake". Hope you'll enjoy it.
Ingredients:
Eggs
Liquid Milk
Oil
Flour
Vanilla essence
Powder sugar
Process:
Take a bowl. Add eggs, beat it. Then accordingly add sugar, oil, milk and beat it well. So that it would be mix well and we'll get a smooth texture. At the end add flour partly and beat it. Make a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick fry pan add little quantity oil and put one spoon of batter. Cover then turn it. Make all the pan cakes like this.
Garnish with honey or chocolate sauce whatever you like.
