Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Ilish Eggs Curry."
Ingredients:
Ilish Egg
Lau
Bay leaves
Green chilli
Coriender leafs
Turmaric powder
Coriender powder
Cumin powder
Red chili powder
Oil
Salt
Process:
Put the pan in the stove. Add oil and bay leaves. Fry and add onions. Add ginger garlic paste and fry again. Add all the power spices and add some water. Fry well until oils come up. Put ilish eggs and stir well. Cover and cook. Put lau. Cover and cook until it gets tender.
