Maowa Jilapi Recipe

Today I'm gonna share with you all "Maowa Jilapi". Hope you'll enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Maowa
Liquid milk
Sugar
Flour
Corn flour
Powder milk
Elaichi powder
Yellow food color
Water

Process:

Take a pan. Add sugar and water. Make a medium consistency syrup. Take aside. Then take another bowl. Mash maowa and put all the ingredients one by one. Make a fine texture dough. Here you have to bind the dough very well. Now take small pieces from the dough and give the shape. I have clearly shown in my video. Deep fry then put in the syrup.
