Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Khichuri"
Red chili powder
Ginger garlic paste
At first combine rice and daal together and wash well. Put a pan on the stove. Add oil and onions. Fry untill gets soft. Add ginger garlic paste and all the dry spices. Add little water and fry well. After spices well fried add rice and fry again. Fry rice 2/3 minutes. So that it'll not be sticky. Add required hot water. Cover and low the flame. After 15-20 minutes check the rice done or not. If yes put out and serve in a dish
Serve with eggs or chicken.
As simple as that!
