Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "special beef."
Ingredients:
Beef
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Turmaric powder
Cumin powder
Coriender powder
Red chilli powder
Elaichi
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Bay leaves
Process:
Put a pan in the stove. Add oil and onions. Fry onions until it gets golden brown. Then add beef. Stir it. Then add ginger garlic paste. Stir well and cover. Then add chili powder, turmaric powder, cumin powder and Cardamom powder. Stir and mix well. Cover and cook until meat gets tender.
Serve with rice or parathas.
