Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Small Fish Pakora."
Ingredients:
Small Fish
Corn flour
Eggs
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Green chili paste
Turmaric powder
Cumin powder
Red chili powder
Salt
Onion
Process:
At first we have take a mixture and make a paste of the small fishes. I used electric mixture. Then take a bowl and put the paste. Take all the spices one by one along with onions. Mix corn Flour and eggs. Mix with hands. Then put a pan in the stove and pour oil. Take small pieces from the mixture and give a shape. Deep fry in the oil. Get a golden brown color.
Serve with rice or as a snack.
