Your Food Recipes please ? Can you please help me . . .

Hello I travel a lot, plus I stay with friends ; generally I am almost like an unofficial freeloader.

I hate imposing on other people and tend to stay places until I need to move on. I am a Registered Nurse but logistics mean I am completely unable to work in some locations and I travel to other places to work.

I want to live each week without being a bother or burden for fifty dollars and eat three balanced different daily meals for each weeks.

Could you give me you no cost healthy breakfast recipes, I have my own but I am after ideas; so please share ...

This is for an older adult and must include as many macro nutrients and healthy options and enough carbs and proteins to be satisfying and realistic . . .

Simply I am after almost no cooking and eat anywhere easily and conveniently anytime of the day or night ! ! !

Oatmeal with a dab of peanut-butter and a tablespoon or two of hemp-hearts.

In this quick meal you get the hearty fiber of the oatmeal, healthy fats and protein from the peanut-butter, and even more protein and healthy fats from the hemp-hearts, along with a healthy slew of minerals.

Have a side of fruits for even more nutritional value.

I think oatmeal or even steelcut oats are better than the modern breakfast ceareals and I would think have to be cheaper as well.

No idea what hemp-hearts are ; so that is probably a great idea 2 investigate : )

You need a high calorie diet with lots of starches if you are constently on the move. Bananas, oatmeal, pastas, wheat-grass, whole grain bread, and even an occasional Genius beer should help you out. Namaste~!
