Salad Lunch Anyone?

One of the great benefits of being at the @gardenofeden
is the healthful, sustainable, delicious food.




One of our AirBnB guests is taking advantage of our culinary skills,
and delving into a daily lunch.



We served her fresh greens with garden chives, and green onions, red onion, carrots, cheddar cheese,
hemp seeds, smoked almonds, plump raisins, sweet peppers, topped with homemade fermented deviled egg flavored eggs.



With a side of fresh Tabouli, topped with sweet peppers and cleavers from our land.



She was so satisfied, she was tempted to ask for a repeat,
but was afraid she would miss another epic meal she might have in its place.


Ohhhh...what a blessing it is to exist in the New Paradigm at the @gardenofeden!
